Your subscription fee is charged at the start of each 30-day cycle. If you pause mid-cycle, we’ll aim to finish pending tasks, as long as you're able to review and approve within the current 30-day window. Any unfinished tasks past your active cycle will require reactivation to resume.
Pauses take effect in the next billing cycle.
No partial refunds for unused time.
We operate like your on-call creative team, when you need us again, we’re ready to plug back in and execute. We’ll securely store your files, briefs, and creative assets for up to 6 months, so you can resume anytime without re-onboarding.
